It looked like a Big bomber#6700 Creek Chub. Date 1942-1946 length 3" 3/4or Dive bomber (Kreeker) #6600 Length 2" 7/8 1942-1954. Either way it looks like a Creek chub. Those were known as the victory lure. The dash dot is Morse code. Hope I helped.
