G Baked Northern Loaf -

1 - Egg Well Beaten

1/4 - Cup Half & Half

2 - Cups Cooked, Flaked Northern (See Court Bouillon Recipe)

 1/4 - Cup Sliced Green Onion

3/4 - Cup Unseasoned Bread Crumbs (Or, Seasoned bread crumbs if you prefer. I used Italian bread crumbs and it was great!)

2 - Tablespoons Melted Butter or Margarine

1 - Tablespoon Lemon or Lime Juice

2 - Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley (or 1 teaspoon Dry Chopped Parsley)

1 - Teaspoon Instant Minced Onion

1/2 - Teaspoon Seasoning Salt

1/4 - Teaspoon Paprika

1/4 - Teaspoon Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 400
o F. In medium mixing bowl, combine egg, and half & half. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spray 4x8 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, lightly pack.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 150o F.

Remove from oven, loosen edges with knife. Invert on serving platter, and serve immediately. Serve with tartar sauce if desired.
