G Easy Baked Trout -
 

2 - 4 Trout Fillets

1 - Lemon - Sliced

1/4 - Cup Chopped Chives

Seasoning Salt

Black Pepper

 

Preheat over to 350o. Lay Trout filets out on aluminum foil, (cut large enough to seal as pouch). Season to taste. Place lemon slices evenly over fillets, topping each slice of lemon with a thin pat of butter or margarine, sprinkle with chopped onion or chives. Fold tin foil to seal pouch tightly. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. May be removed from pouch to serve or served in pouch for benefit of the aroma and juices. Leave left over fillets in the foil pouch to prevent fish from drying out.

This one really works great on the grill or over the campfire. Cookie sheet as directed isn't a necessity, but if your pouches should leak in the oven, you'll wish you had!! I guarantee it!!!
