G Salmon Spread-

1 - Cup flaked Cooked Salmon, Trout or other oily fish

1 - Pack (3 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened

1/3 - Cup Dairy Sour Cream

2 - Tablespoons Finely Chopped Celery

1 - Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Onion

1 - Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice

1 1/2 - Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

1/8 - Teaspoon Seasoning Salt

Dash of Black Pepper

In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except fish. Mix thoroughly Stir in fish. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
