1 - Cup flaked Cooked Salmon, Trout or other oily fish |

1 - Pack (3 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened |

1/3 - Cup Dairy Sour Cream |
|
2 - Tablespoons Finely Chopped Celery |
|
1 - Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Onion |
|
1 - Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice |
|
1 1/2 - Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce |
|
1/8 - Teaspoon Seasoning Salt |
|
Dash of Black Pepper |
In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except fish. Mix thoroughly Stir in fish. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
